We start new noise measurements at residential addresses!
In order to recover prenatal information that due to confinement we were not able to obtain, we will begin to make noise measurements at the homes of volunteer families during the 6-month visit of the baby where we will install a computer called “sound level meter”.
We will also repeat measurements in some homes to see if the noise has changed between the third trimester and 6 months of the baby. Outdoor sound pressure levels will be recorded by placing them on the most exposed facade of the participant’s home for one week.
Let’s get started!
